What is the process for obtaining home medical equipment?
Upon a referral from your physician, our customer service representatives will verify your insurance and benefits. Once the order is in place, a service technician will deliver your equipment to your home. The technician will also set up the equipment and explain how to use and care for it.
Who pays for Triad Respiratory Solutions services?
Medical equipment prescribed by a physician is a covered benefit under Medicare and Medicaid and most insurance companies now offer policies that include coverage of expenses for medically prescribed equipment. Upon a referral from a physician, our customer service representatives will verify your insurance and benefits.
Does Medicare cover home medical equipment?
All recipients of Medicare are eligible for the benefits of home medical equipment. Usually, Medicare pays 80 percent of an approved amount for certain pieces of medical equipment.*

Triad Respiratory Solutions is staffed by licensed respiratory therapists and service.
How do I learn how to use the equipment?
The service technician will explain the function and care instructions for the equipment to ensure that you know how to use it correctly.
What if there is a problem with my equipment or the delivery of my equipment?
Triad Respiratory Solutions works to offer you comprehensive, convenient and problem-free care. However if you should need assistance with your equipment, we will by happy to repair or exchange any products received through Triad Respiratory Solutions. Please call 336/774-6500 at any time. A representative is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
How are emergencies handled?
Please call 911 if your requirements extend beyond the capabilities of the Triad Respiratory Solutions staff.
