Job Requirements

Customer Service Representative:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Effective interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
  3. Strong communication skills in speaking and writing
  4. Organizational skills sufficient to maintain consistently accurate records
  5. Ability to recognize and direct information to the appropriate health care provider
  6. Computer skills that include word processing and efficient use of the internet and e-mail
  7. Insurance reimbursement knowledge and health insurance billing experience
  8. One year of experience in HME Customer Service

Billing Clerk

  1. Effective interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
  2. High school graduate
  3. Computer experience to include billing software
  4. One year experience in HME billing

Sales and Marketing Representative

  1. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in marketing preferred).
  2. Effective interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
  3. Two years of experience in HME or home health industry (HME sales and marketing experience preferred).
  4. Knowledgeable of third party payer policies
  5. Computer skills that include word processing and efficient use of the internet and e-mail

Respiratory Care Supervisor

  1. Ability to organize and plan the activities of subordinates and to delegate appropriately
  2. Certified and/or Registered by the National Board of Respiratory Care and licensed by the State
  3. Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program
  4. High school diploma or equivalent
  5. Two years of respiratory homecare experience
  6. Valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past three years

Respiratory Care Practitioner

  1. Valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past three years
  2. High school diploma or equivalent
  3. Effective interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
  4. Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program
  5. Certified and/or Registered by the National Board for Respiratory Care
  6. Licensed by the State
  7. One year of home medical equipment experience preferred

HME Technician

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. Valid driver's license and clean driving record for the past three years
  3. Effective interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
  4. One year of home medical equipment experience preferred
